SERVICE TERMS / VERSION 2026-08-24
FIXED SCOPE.
PLAIN TERMS.
1. Professional service only
The Agent Quote-Ready Sprint is sold only to businesses and professionals acting for purposes related to their trade or professional activity. By ordering, the buyer confirms that status and has authority to bind the named business.
2. The fixed-scope offer
The €990 Sprint covers one commercial website and up to ten offers. It includes offer and price clarification; visible answer blocks; Service, Offer, entity, and FAQ structured data where relevant; crawler and machine-readable files; qualification questions; one quote, booking, deposit, or checkout handoff; source attribution through that handoff; a before-and-after agent-readiness test; and one revision.
It does not include a full redesign, custom application or dashboard, CRM migration, large-scale copy production, translation, paid media, ongoing hosting or monitoring, or work on more than one website unless agreed separately in writing.
3. Price and payment
The total price is €990, payable once and in full through Stripe before kickoff. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code. The checkout collects billing information and can create a paid invoice record. The card statement may show the existing commercial name FULLHAURA or WEBSERVICE; both refer to the seller identified above.
4. Start and delivery
The five-business-day delivery period starts only when payment has cleared and the buyer has supplied working website access, current commercial facts, and one decision-maker able to approve changes. A delay in access, information, or approval pauses the schedule. Delivery is electronic.
5. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer must provide accurate, lawful, and current information; hold the rights needed to modify the website and use supplied materials; keep a recoverable backup; and review commercial and legal facts before publication. The seller may refuse instructions that are misleading, unlawful, technically unsafe, or outside the fixed scope.
6. Revision and acceptance
One consolidated revision round is included when requested within five business days after delivery. A revision corrects or adjusts in-scope work; it does not add a new website, offer family, language, transaction system, or redesign. The deliverable is considered accepted after that period if no specific defect is reported.
7. Cancellation and refunds
A cancellation requested before work begins receives a full refund. After kickoff, any refund reflects the part of the fixed service not yet performed, without limiting mandatory legal rights. If the seller cannot deliver the agreed scope, the buyer may choose a reasonable new deadline or a refund for the undelivered part.
8. Results and external platforms
The seller does not control search engines, AI models, crawlers, payment providers, hosting providers, or third-party ranking systems. No ranking, citation, traffic, lead, revenue, or compatibility with every model is guaranteed. The commitment is to the stated implementation and evidence package, not an external platform outcome.
9. Intellectual property and access
After full payment, the buyer may use, modify, and publish the website-specific deliverables created for the Sprint. Pre-existing methods, reusable tools, templates, know-how, and third-party components remain with their respective owners. Access credentials are used only to perform the service and must be revoked by the buyer after delivery.
10. Confidentiality and data
Non-public access and commercial information are treated as confidential and used only to perform the order. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
11. Liability
Each party remains responsible for its own systems, content, legal compliance, and decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the seller’s aggregate liability arising from the Sprint is limited to the amount paid for that Sprint, excluding fraud, wilful misconduct, bodily injury, and liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in writing. For a professional buyer, disputes within the permitted jurisdiction of a commercial court are submitted to the competent courts of Nice, France.
