Data collected

The checkout form collects company name, website, contact name, work email, professional-buyer confirmation, terms acceptance, and limited campaign attribution. Stripe separately collects billing address, phone number, tax identifier when supplied, and payment data. This site never receives or stores the card number.

Why it is used

Order data is used to create the Stripe checkout, identify the website and buyer, perform the contract, issue payment records, prevent abuse, and answer support or legal requests. The legal bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of the contract, compliance with accounting obligations, and legitimate security interests.

Processors and recipients

Stripe processes checkout and billing data. Hostinger provides the EU-hosted server and DNS services. Only the operator and service providers acting under their own terms receive the data necessary for those functions. Data is not sold and is not used for an unrelated mailing list.

Retention

Commercial and accounting records are retained for the periods required by French law. Working access and project material are removed or returned when no longer needed for delivery and support. Standard security logs may temporarily contain an IP address, user agent, date, and requested path; they are retained only as needed to diagnose abuse and service faults.

Cookies and measurement

The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe’s hosted checkout may use strictly necessary and fraud-prevention technologies under Stripe’s privacy notice.

International transfers

Some processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area using their stated transfer safeguards. The public site and checkout bridge are hosted on an EU server.
